Creative Chaos will take place June 5, 6, 7 2026 at Kal Tire Place, Vernon, BC.
We’re excited to welcome artisans, makers, and vendors to the 2026 Creative Chaos Festival! Please download, print, and review the application package carefully. We are on a very tight timeline so to avoid disappointment, MAIL in your application ASAP!
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Feb. 27, 2026
Important: We only accept applications BY MAIL. Applications must be received by the deadline.
Vendor Acceptance or Waitlist: We will notify you by email between Mar. 12-20, 2026
Vendor Registration & Set-Up: Thursday, June 4 between 12:00pm–9:00pm
Vendor Take-down: Instructions TBD
Vendor Access During Festival: Doors open to vendors 1 hour prior to festival opening.
Reminder: Wristbands are required—please wear yours at all times.

Interested in being an Exhibitor?
The Creative Chaos Festival has a long-standing reputation for showcasing high-quality, unique handmade work from across Canada. We’re always looking for artisans offering original, well-crafted products in a wide variety of categories.
Handmade Policy: All work must be handmade by the exhibitor. No reselling, no repackaging, and no commercially manufactured items.
How Selection Works: As in previous years, we select participants through a lottery-style draw by category shortly after the application deadline. Categories are filled from the draw until full. Once a category is full, we create a waitlist for applicants who were not selected. Applications received after the deadline are automatically placed on the waitlist.

What advertising is provided by Creative Chaos?
We promote Creative Chaos through local radio, print advertising, online advertising, posters and flyers distributed throughout Vernon and the surrounding area, and our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).
What are the booth sizes?
Booth sizes vary (approximately 10’x5’ up to 15’ X10’). A complete list is included in the application package.
What are the categories?
Creative Chaos currently offers 20 categories. Please see the application package for the full category list and descriptions.
What’s included with my booth fee?
Back curtains, exhibitor wristbands, chairs (by request only), and two Sunday morning pancake breakfast tickets.
What’s not included with my booth fee?
Parking, electricity, and tables are not included. These may be available as additional items purchased separately—please see the application package for details.
Can I apply to multiple categories?
Yes. You must select one primary category and may list additional categories with approximate percentages (for example: 75% jewellery / 25% body products).
Can I share a booth with another crafter?
Yes. However, both vendors must be listed on the application form, including all products to be sold.
